The simplest form of Group Site is a Group Calendar. If you register your properties , you already can make group calendars as well as a complete hosted group website. A seperate tool in the VRO Workshop is provided to automatically make your own customized group site. We can host the Group Site on the VRO Workshop, or you can download and put it on your own server.

Multi-Property and Group Features

The guest will remember you as someone that wasn't just another dead end in their search for an available vacation rental.

The objectives are:

We are not trying to be a classified site or a VR Listing Service. The goal is for a group of agreeable owners that already refer inquiries to each other to have a place to work together to improve their rental experience.

In addition, your potential guests will appreciate being referred to a place just like yours where they know there is availability. Include jAC's search ability no matter where each member keeps their calendar.

Advanced Group Sites

This is the next step up from a basic Group Site. The advanced site can be hosted here at the VRO Workshop or downloaded to your own server. You can have Local News, Weather, Restaurants, and other information related to your Properties. One key to the search engine battle is to have fresh related content. These sites give you a way to easily keep fresh related content through forums and news.

What's Advanced?

The script is a lightwieght Content Management System (CMS) integrated with the jAC API. The same CMS is running the VRO WORKSHOP site you are looking at now.
Using a CMS means that the content is updateable right on the website through the internet.
It does NOT require any mySQL database. Just basic PHP and copy and go!
